The Festival Ministry exists for the purpose of planned fundraising events that are scheduled at selected times of the year. All fundraising events are planned with the approval of the Financial Committee.
Currently our two main events are the Spring Fling Craft Show and the Holiday Craft Bazaar. These events host paid vendors for crafts of all kinds while congregation members volunteer for a variety of activities to help support the ministries of The Well. They include a Bake Sale, Carry-out Food Sale, items made fresh on the grill, and a beautiful assortment of themed baskets which are raffled off to both congregation members and the public at large.
All members are invited to share their talents in some way during these events. Volunteers are needed to help with baked items or to prepare food, create baskets, assist with parking, set-up and tear-down, etc. Even a few hours of your time are instrumental in hosting a successful fundraiser.
All funds raised are designated by the Finance Committee and Vestry to be used to enhance the ministries of The Well.
