Who are and What is Help-4-Kids?…..
We are an organization dedicated to providing clothing, hygiene product, school supplies, and food for over 3100 children in Horry County. We operate TOTALLY with volunteers. Help-4-kids, was started by Barb Mains the year Hugo hit this area. She found out then that there were starving children in our own back yard, some living in barns and sheds and most living with grandparents. The northeast area of Horry County is the second poorest area in the state of South Carolina. We strive to make responsible citizens, filled with self-confidence and dignity out of every child we come in contact with. To let them know they are loved not only by us but even more by God.
The Well (you are The Well) has been very good to Help-4-Kids. They supply a container for your weekly donations and our big event is The Ingathering at Christmas for the children. We can only care for these children with your help and prayers…WE ask for both.
