This ministry exists for the purpose of planned fundraising events that are scheduled throughout the year. All fundraising events are planned with the approval of the Financial Committee and Vestry and are used to enhance the ministries of The Well.
Over the years a variety of events have been held such as a Car Wash, Harvest Festivals, Craft Fairs, Pancake Dinners, Coupon Books, etc. These events allow all kinds of volunteers to showcase their talents and provide funds for special needs of the church along with supporting our various ministries.
All members are invited to share their talents in some way during these events. Volunteers are needed to help with baked items or to prepare food, create baskets, sell tickets, assist with parking, set-up and tear-down, etc. Even a few hours of your time are instrumental in hosting a successful fundraiser.
